Welcome!
group_x is a community for anyone under the ace umbrella (asexual, demisexual, gray-asexual, what have you). It was created to be a safe space for people to chat, hang out, and discuss ace-related things that are important to them.

We are not focused on education, but if you're looking specifically for 101-type resources, you may find Under the Rainbow Umbrella, Hallelujah, it's raining labels, or Charles's Lexicon useful. This article from Psychology Today also gives a little 101 on asexuality.

Rules
Please read the safe space and accessibility rules in length here. In short, be kind to each other. Violating the safe space or accessibility rules will put a member at risk for warnings, deletion of content, or banning from the community.

Only mods can create tags. This is to keep tags from getting out of hand, and to prevent multiple tags being created for a single topic. Use the tag "admin: tag request" on your post if you want a new tag, and somewhere in your post make it noticeable what tag you want and why. Read more about tags here.

The community was created collaboratively through a series of discussions on both Tumblr and Dreamwidth. Current mods are aceeccentric, shiyiya, virescence, and theletterfour.
